i love the temple.

"In this world we may receive many gifts—cars, money, beautiful homes, educational degrees, and fame in our professions. But none of these compares to the light and revelation that comes to us in the temple. Why is this so? Because there is a special spirit in the temple that can bring us direction and peace in our lives."

me too! I'm in love with that place. I've literally lived across the street from our temple for years but never felt it's draw. Over the last year I felt it pulling me and i worked hard to enter it's doors. And I've been going weekly ever since! I love that place.

i am a 26 year old woman that was married to a pornography addict and has thereafter dated several addicts. for the first time ever, i am beginning to seek help in my own recovery. my recovery not from addiction, but recovery from the pain that this addiction has caused me. i began attending the LDS family services 12 Step Recovery Program January 2013 and i am simply seeking happiness. i do not represent the 12 step program nor the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. i desire to share the details and discoveries of myself and how to not just cope but to even have joy.
